Q: I sent in cards that were on your buylist but I was notified by email that some were fake. Can I still get those fake cards returned to use as proxies?

A: Unfortunately we immediately destroy any cards that come back to be fake. This helps the spread of fake cards being further sold and available to the gaming community.

 

Q: How do you go about in testing if a card is real vs fake?

A: We do multiple tests! We have a 4 point testing system

  • We do a 1000x zoom on the card stock to make sure the rosette pattern is a single layered ink dot print as opposed to a standard blend of printed colors
  • We do a green dot check to make sure the 4 red dots are visible within the green dot on the back of the card
  • We do a light test to make sure the card has a blue core rather than a black core used on all fake cards
  • Finally, if necessary, to confirm the card is fake. We tear the card in half to expose the black core used in all fake cards

 

Q: Why hasn't my order shipped?

A: All orders are shipped complete. If your order contains a pre-order item, it will not ship until the last pre-order item becomes available. If you do not wish to wait for your last pre-order item to become available, we can cancel the order so that you can reorder separately, or we can cancel the pre-order item(s) and ship available items. We cannot split orders after the order has been placed.

 

Q: The item I want isn't available on your website, Can I still order it?

A: We do our very best to keep inventory stocked and if the item you are searching does not show, we unfortunately do not have it in stock.

 

Q: Do you accept returns and how are they processed? 

A: Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns. What we can offer is a buyback at our buy rates and if that is not satsifactory enough, please promptly contact us to go over resolutions as your satisfaction is our main priority. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any purhcases under $1 cannot be re-debited but isntead, will be refunded as store-credit.

Q: When am I eligible for a refund?
A: If you have not received your order after 12 business days. Please contact us to resolve the situation by either store credit or for a full refund depending on the item in question.
 

Q: All I see are singles and no sealed products such as booster boxes or booster packs. Will you carry any sealed products?

A: As for now, our primary focus is on individual loose cards with a few accessories. Sealed products will be available in the future but for now, enjoy our category of singles and our few accessories!

 

Q: Some of your prices seem off, is that an error or are your products just overpriced?

A: Our website is updated automatically twice daily to reflect the market trend. Sometimes those adjustments aren't fixed immediately due to glitches within the system and evidently stay stagnant. If you feel an items price is off, do not be afraid to contact us so we can correct any over exaggerations. We need to be aware of these system errors as well.

 

Q: Why are some of your bulk singles that cost a penny on other sites, cost more on your website?

A: Any singles that can be found for less than $0.15 cents on other platforms will be sold for no less than $0.15 cents on ours. That is a policy that was put inplace to make up for our time and effort to pull those type of cards. We also run monthly discounts codes, which can be found at the top of our website. If you reach our minimum and apply that code, you end up getting those singles cheaper.

 

Q: The price changed on my pre-order; can you refund the difference?

A: Because our prices are market based, they fluctuate daily and are corrected automatically. We can refund the difference as store credit to be used on a future purchase.

 

Q: Do you have a brick-and-mortar location?

A: Not yet! But once we do, it will be announced on our website! Stay tuned!
